What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept cash, checks, major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and digital payments through Square. A deposit is required to schedule your project, with final payment due once you approve the final walkthrough. Financing options may also be available for qualifying projects.

Do I need to be home during the work? +

No. Many customers choose to be away while work is completed. As long as we have access to the areas being painted and any necessary instructions beforehand, our team can complete the project without you being home. We keep you updated throughout and do a final walkthrough with you once the project is complete.

Do you provide materials or do I buy them? +

We provide all paint, materials, equipment, and supplies needed for your project. During the estimate, we'll discuss product options and help you choose the right paint and finish. If you have a specific product or color in mind, we're happy to accommodate whenever possible.

How fast can you come? +

Scheduling varies throughout the year, but we strive to provide estimates within a few days and can often begin projects within one to four weeks of approval. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Your property is important to us, and we take every precaution to protect it. Painted Peak Paint Co. is fully licensed and insured, and our team follows established safety and protection procedures on every project. If an issue occurs, we communicate promptly and work quickly to make it right.

What does your Free 1 Year Touch Up Promise cover? +

For the first year after your project is completed, Painted Peak Paint Co. includes free touch ups for small dings, scuffs, chips, or minor damage that happens during normal life. Bumped the house with a garbage can? Nicked the trim while moving furniture? Noticed a small spot after we left? We will come back and touch it up at no charge. This is meant for small touch ups only and does not include large damage, repeated abuse, water damage, structural issues, weather damage, or full repainting of areas.

What does your 5 Year Workmanship Warranty cover? +

If our workmanship causes peeling, blistering, or premature failure, we will repair the affected area at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, moisture, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, building movement, failing siding, or issues with the existing coating or substrate.
